My client is not an Ontario resident. Is he still required to
pay the Ontario Health Premium?
No. DT Max erroneously calculates the Ontario Health Premium
for a non-resident filing an Ontario tax return.
As a workaround, use the keyword Override and enter $0 on line 428 of the
federal jacket.
